Vishal is a seasoned professional with a wide range of Industry experience across the globe. He leverages his knowledge of international banking with his technology and regulatory insights to develop unique solutions for his clients. In his 23 years of industry experience, Vishal has accumulated deep expertise in delivering customized business solutions to corporate clients across industry sectors.

He is currently focused on helping companies build cutting edge business solutions. Prior to this, Vishal has worked with Top Fortune 500 banks in leadership positions.

Vishal is an Electrical Engineer and obtained his MBA in 2000 from IIM Ahmedabad. He lives in London, United Kingdom

Shybu manages business strategy, operations, and growth for Infomap Global. He took over as the CEO in 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Export Trading Group where he managed the HR function end-to-end, across subsidiaries and geographies of the company. Along with this, Shybu also oversaw corporate communication and managed the Sustainability division.

Shybu has considerable expertise in P&L management, finance and team management, and change management. He has considerable leadership experience, and thrives in meeting challenges head on and crafting strategic roadmaps for growth.

Shybu began his career with the Indian Army before moving into corporate roles.

Shybu is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and has completed executive programs from INSEAD and Wharton

Kishore Shanbhogue Kumble is the co-founder and director of Infomap BPO Services India Pvt Ltd. With over three decades of industry experience, Kishore has played a significant role in conceptualizing and structuring the company's core business operation model. He is also responsible for mentoring and supporting business development.

A serial entrepreneur, Kishore has founded a few other enterprise management organizations, namely Vanward Technologies LLP, Document Desk LLP, and SMCK Edukate LLP.

He is also the independent director in ETC Management Service India Pvt Ltd, a captive shared service center for ETG Group. Kishore holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Mangalore University and a vocational certificate in developing and administrating Business Plan & Management for Small and Medium Enterprises from AOTS (Associate Overseas Technical Scholarship) at their Tokyo Centre Japan.

Dilip Bal is the Founder and Managing Director of Infomap Solutions Pvt Ltd and leads its day-to-day operations. Dilip's career began at the BPO divisions of Hindustan Lever (HLL) and Timken Company. His early experiences in the growing BPO and Shared Services industry inspired him to nurture his entrepreneurial side and start this firm.

A commerce graduate with more than 18 years of rich experience, Dilip has successfully helped organizations streamline their processes and adopt newer methodologies for better efficiency and output. His ability to quickly understand how a business fundamentally operates and then optimize processes, costs and resources has earned him several lasting client relationships.

He believes in that best way to do social service is to create employment. He believes in empowering women. Money is one the tools for empowerment of women. Infomap employs women’s having experience in multiple domains. Infomap customised employment model gives opportunity for women to opt for various working models such a remote working, hybrid, scattered time, full time. This inspires him to grow Infomap business both in terms of employment and revenue.

When not working, Dilip enjoys politics and may even indulge in it in the future. He is also very much into Indian culture and heritage and even founded a start-up to source and sell handicrafts online.

Paresh is the founder and Chief Strategy officer at Infomap. He is a seasoned accounting and auditing professional with more than two decades of dedicated experience. In Infomap he is responsible for developing and executing key strategies to achieve financial growth, drive innovation and identify expansion opportunities, oversee M&As, and draw up the long-term vision for the company.

Paresh's expertise lies in finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance and in the specific areas of fundraising, due diligence, international tax structuring, IPOs, and M&As, among others. He has extensive experience setting up companies, running family trusts, and advising organizations on regulatory compliance.

Additionally, Paresh also serves as the Managing Partner at Manian & Rao, and as the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Board and a member of the International Board at IAPA.
